I am a partner in the Corporate Team. I have experience in all aspects of corporate work, including disposals, acquisitions, mergers, management buy-outs and buy-ins, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, restructuring, re-financing and insolvency, banking & private equity, LLPs and corporate governance work.
Profile
I trained at a London practice and then spent the first few years of my career at a leading regional law firm undertaking corporate and commercial work before joining the corporate team at Rawlison Butler in 2000. I became a partner in 2006.

In my spare time …
I play golf and in March 2008 set up ‘Rawlison Butler’s Ladies Golf Academy’, which is attended by clients and contacts. I enjoy horse riding and swimming regularly.
