I am a Partner in the Corporate Team. I have experience in all aspects of corporate work, including share and asset sales and purchases, management buy-outs and buy-ins, venture capital and private equity investments, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, banking, restructuring, re-financing, insolvency, LLPs and corporate governance work.
I trained at a London practice and then spent the first few years of my career at a leading regional law firm undertaking corporate and commercial work before joining the corporate team at Rawlison Butler in 2000. I became a Partner in 2006.

In my spare time …
I play golf and in March 2008 set up ‘Rawlison Butler’s Ladies Golf Academy’. I enjoy horse riding, swimming and travel to new countries and places.
