What others say about me
"I would like to thank you for your excellent service."
Mr K – West Sussex
"I always had tremendous faith and trust in Mr Winter’s judgements and I can be happy in the knowledge that we did all that we could to try and reach a just and fair settlement prior to the Court case … Mr Winter consistently performed to a much higher standard than the opposition and for this reason, I am certain, Rawlison Butler will continue to thrive in the family sector."
Mr H – West Sussex
"I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your firm but compassionate nature, with which you have used in dealing with me so far."

In my spare time ...
My interests revolve around the countryside and in particular walking. I am also an occasional motorcyclist.
What I said when I was asked
How do you contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility?
Without doubt my motorcycle ride for Cancer Research (see http://business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/law/columnists/article1903008.ece
It gave me a very good insight into the business of charity, the importance of marketing in what is, without being too unsentimental, a very competitive marketplace. Although I stress that I was motivated by the charitable ends, it rapidly became apparent that charity ventures require as much of a professional approach to them as do corporate ventures.
