I specialise in Estate Administration, Estate/Tax planning (which includes inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning) as well as the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax planning through Wills and Trusts.

I completed my 2 year training contract with Scotland’s premier private client practice and qualified as a Scottish Solicitor in 2007 before moving down to Brighton to work with a firm in Chichester where I qualified as an English Solicitor. I then joined Rawlison Butler’s Tax, Trust and Probate Team in 2011.

I am a keen basketball player, having represented Scotland and played in the top senior women’s division in England. I am a fitness fanatic and love to travel.

How do you contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility?
I enjoy being involved in charity events as well as personally raising money for my favourite charities, and have done so since I was little, from bake sales to half marathons.
What has been your most challenging work?
Advising the beneficiaries and executors in relation to a £6.5 million estate in relation to Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax mitigation.
How do your colleagues describe you?
The fact I find it easy to build a good rapport with colleagues and clients and retain their trust.
