I advise both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract claims.

Having studied law at University, I then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. In 2008, I joined Rawlison Butler LLP as a trainee solicitor and following qualification in September 2010, I decided to join the Employment Team.
