I specialise in Family law and advise individuals in relation to: divorce and separation, family finance on relationship breakdown, children matters including contact, residence and international child abduction, cohabitation disputes, separation agreements and pre nuptial agreements.
Profile
Having worked in law firms for a number of years I qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. As a Family law Solicitor I have rights of audience in the County Courts and can represent clients right from first point of contact through to the Court hearing if required.

I am a Committee member of Sussex Law Society and Brighton University Law Advisory and Liaison Panel. I am Chair of the Young Sussex Lawyers and Horsham Business Incentive Scheme (HBiS). I am a member of Resolution.

How do you contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility?
I authorised that all rules and regulations had been complied with for the Guinness World Record for the Largest Custard Pie Fight and remained custard free!
What do you expect to be the most significant market trend in your area for the next 12 months?
I consider that within the next twelve months there will be a rise in the number of clients asking for pre nuptial agreements to be prepared using the collaborative law model.
