How do you contribute to our Corporate Social Responsibility?
I contribute monthly to four chosen charities and in the workplace I am trying to make a conscious effort to print off fewer e-mails.
What do you expect to be the most significant market trend in your area for the next 12 months?
When the recovery starts, I would expect to see far more contracts with uplift clauses and indexation provisions as Sellers look to protect themselves from selling at the bottom of the market.
What has been the most memorable or challenging deal/case for you?
I recently acted for a client that was bringing a large development site back on-shore which involved close contact with accountants and foreign lawyers.
