Leading South East law firm Rawlison Butler LLP is pleased to announce that Danos Swain has joined the Corporate Team as a Senior Associate.
With over 8 years' Corporate Finance experience, Danos specialises in mergers and acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, BIMBOs, corporate structuring, syndicated finance, bank funding and joint ventures across a number of industry sectors as well as off-shore transactional work. Well-known both in the Gatwick Diamond and further afield, Danos has spent his whole career advising clients across Sussex, Surrey, London and Kent. He was previously a corporate lawyer at Thomas Eggar.
