Leading South East law firm Rawlison Butler LLP is pleased to announce that Brian Palmer has joined its highly rated Employment Team as a Partner. Brian joins from Fladgate LLP in London, where he was Head of Employment. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Charles Russell for nine years.
With over 20 years’ experience in the employment law field, Brian has worked with UK and international clients across a range of industries and in particular finance and insurance, legal and charities as well as high net worth individuals and senior executives.
Brian’s extensive experience covers all areas of commercial employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. He has specialist knowledge of dealing with the protection of confidential information and critical teams of employees including the use of search and freezing injunctions and also of senior executive termination matters. Recognised in the independent legal directories as a leader in the employment field and as having built a reputation for ‘delivering practical and commercial advice’, Brian also regularly presents lectures and seminars for clients and comments widely in the national media on employment issues. Brian is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
