Rawlison Butler LLP acted on the sale of the business and assets of Farthings Veterinary Group to CVS (UK) Limited, part of the CVS group of veterinary practices throughout the country and whose aim following the acquisition is to provide continuity of quality clinical care from the Farthings team.
Abigail Owen, Corporate Partner, advised on the corporate aspects of the transaction, while Digby Armstrong, Commercial Property Partner, advised on the property aspects. They were assisted by members of the Employment Team.
