Rawlison Butler LLP has advised Bartleet Enterprises Limited on the acquisition of Chesham Holdings Limited.
Bartleet Enterprises Limited, a new client to Rawlison Butler, was created with the aim to becoming a market leading broker specialist. The acquisition of Chesham Holdings Limited, paves a positive path for the business in relation to achieving this goal.
Chesham Insurance, is a regional broker, acting for clients in relation to life, health, motor, travel and commercial cover with policies for executive homes and specialist business cover, from all major product providers.
Abigail Owen, Corporate Partner, led the Rawlison Butler Team, which included senior associates Will Walsh (Employment) and Chris Dixon (Property), as well as other lawyers in the Corporate and Commercial Teams.
