Who we are
We’re a 75-strong team and growing, based in Gatwick and Horsham, and with the quality of work and level of expertise you would often associate with much bigger firms. Many of our people have joined us from City practices or leading regional firms and are highly regarded in their areas of expertise.
Our specialist teams span everything from corporate transactions to property, employment to wills and disputes. We gained our Investors in People (IIP) accreditation in 2010 and this was re-assessed in and renewed in 2014.

This is a new position reflecting the Firm’s commitment to growth in this department. The person will play a key role in the strategic direction of the team. The post-holder will be required to demonstrate leadership not only within the Property team but across the Firm. The management and development of the team will be paramount to the success of this role. A willingness and aptitude for business development activity both with members of the team and an ability to build your own.
Working closely with the Head of Department, the job-holder will make a significant contribution to the leadership and development of the employment team, as well as advising a predominantly corporate client base on a wide range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious.
Opportunity to join a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Corporate team at a leading law firm in the South East. The corporate team is focussed on the mid-Market with clients ranging from start-ups to companies quoted in the UK and/or internationally. I like working at RB because as a junior member of staff I have always felt supported. I am learning all the time from a great mentor who I can always ask questions of no matter how silly.
