The Real Estate Group is divided into two teams:

• Commercial property
• Residential development

The commercial property team, led by Digby Armstrong, advises on all aspects of commercial property work including commercial landlord and tenant, development, investment, asset management, corporate support, property finance and taxation, construction, environmental liability and planning.

The residential development team, led by Andrew King, advises on all aspects of site acquisition, whether by option, conditional contract, joint venture, or any other vehicle, following through to the disposal of the completed units to the eventual occupiers.

Both teams incorporate an enormous amount of specialist experience and act for a range of clients from the private individual to the largest plcs.
