Partner, IP
team Mark joined Rawlison
Butler in 1997. His portfolio currently includes
work on brand protection, intellectual property,
outsourcing, licensing, distribution, agency,
major and long-term supply, franchise and advertising,
sponsorship and public relations agreements and
the impact of EU and UK competition law on IPR.
His work has progressively taken
on an international flavour. He was heavily involved
in the negotiation and drafting of contractual
arrangements for a major overseas client in respect
of the acquisition by that client of a business
division of British Airways and the outsourcing
to that client of British Airways' mission critical
reservation and departure control systems.
