dispute) in the early stages. It's objectives are:

- To give you an indication of the likely
costs involved
- To save potentially significant loss
of management time in the short term
Early View provides an opportunity for clients
to talk their problem through and obtain general advice after a
brief initial view as to the merits of the case and the various
options for resolution. In the event that the dispute can only be
solved through formal process (whether through court proceedings
or some alternative method of dispute resolution) we will be on
hand to advise you and take the matter forward.
