The Commercial Property Team advises on all aspects of commercial property work including commercial landlord and tenant, development, investment, asset management, corporate support, property finance and taxation, construction, environmental liability and planning. The residential development team concentrates on all aspects of site acquisition, whether by option, conditional contract, joint venture, or any other vehicle, following through to the disposal of the completed units to the eventual occupiers.
