Our clients include institutions, developers, contractors, builders, retailers and land owning consortiums with many of our clients returning on a regular basis over a number of years in the knowledge that all of their property development needs will be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
We offer a full range of property development services, including:
- Land acquisition and disposal – we will negotiate land purchase and sale agreements including options and both conditional and unconditional contracts
- Land promotion – we work with developers and landowners in promoting strategic land for future commercial, residential and mixed use developments
- Infrastructure agreements – we negotiate with the local authority and/or services providers on agreements for the adoption of roads, sewers and other infrastructure
- Joint ventures – we establish and monitor joint ventures between developers and landowners by way of collaboration agreements and other development vehicles
- Appointment of professionals – we work closely with lenders and developers in the appointment of the professional team including the negotiation of collateral warranties
- Plot sales – we have a specialist unit that deals with the sale of new build residential units including the formation of management companies and residents associations.
