In-house Training

We provide seminars and training for property industry professionals which can be held at your offices or some other location. This can be a cost-effective way of ensuring you and your staff are kept up to date with developments in property law and to ensure your have the requisite knowledge to identify and effectively deal with potential issues.

 

Portfolio Management

The Property Disputes Team provides a range of services reviewing your property portfolios to ascertain any unidentified issues to ensure your portfolio is efficiently managed. Missed deadlines such as break clauses, rent review, and lease expiry and renewal dates can result in lost revenue which may be avoided by regular review of the position.

 

Residential Property Management Support

We work closely with our Real Estate Team in providing a full residential block management service to landlords including dealing with applications for consent to make alterations, applications for licence to assign or sublet, recovery of arrears of ground rent and service charges and dealing with problem tenants.
