What we do
We have developed strong relationships with law firms around the world through our membership of the International Bar Association and the International Network of Boutique Law Firms (based in the US) of which we are the only full service partner law firm based in the UK. Through our international contacts we not only receive instructions for legal work, a sample of which is shown below, but we have also worked with lawyers in most jurisdictions and we can seek assistance from them where required.

- Advising an international engineering company on risk management and commercial transactions overseas both in Europe and Africa
- Overseas Investors - acting for a number of high net worth individuals based overseas on their investments into the UK
- Acting for the UK Subsidiary of a large US Corporation on a number of UK acquisitions;
- Football Club Athletico Mineiro (Brazil) - acting on a dispute around the sale of Arsenal's Gilberto Silva
- Advising VW Heritage on International Joint Venture between client and Germany company
- Working closely with various US law firms to advise both them and their clients on cross border transactions
- Advising a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of luxury goods on matters arising out of the grey market and EU parallel imports as well as general product and service liability claims
- Advising a luxury goods brand on commercial agreements and competition elements in Europe
- Advising a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of automotive products on international commercial transactions in the Far East
- Drafting contracts of employment for the UK arm of a New Zealand based company.
