RBSOLVE
RBSolve is our mediation service that we provide to any non-client businesses that are embroiled in disputes and that are considering the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a method of resolving their dispute without having to go through the Courts.
The most commonly used form of ADR is Mediation, where an independent mediator facilitates the parties’ attempts to reach a negotiated settlement by acting as a neutral go-between, sounding board and, if agreed a non-binding evaluator during the negotiation process.
RBSolve is headed by Stuart Evans, a partner in our Commercial Disputes Team and a Registered Mediator. RBSolve provides businesses who are not already clients of the firm with a top class and cost effective service that is an attractive alternative to arranging mediations in Central London.
