Insolvency
Our team has a great deal of experience in advising on insolvency issues, both from the perspective of advising creditors in relation to debt collection concerns, and in relation to guiding corporate or individual clients in financial difficulty through turnaround or, if necessary insolvency procedures.
We work closely with experienced Insolvency Practitioners where appropriate, and can provide companies and individuals with practical, tailored advice on company restructuring, voluntary arrangements, asset sales and the validity of appointments.
We also have extensive experience in advising Insolvency Practitioners on the investigation and tracing of assets, recovery and disposal of assets, the enforcement of security and property issues. We previously advised major creditors in large scale liquidations regarding the settlement of all claims and cross claims and issuing detailed cross-border procedures for approving and adjudicating on the process.
For further information on this or any other litigation issue, please contact Stuart Evans by emailing Stuart or by calling him on 08450 990045, or speak to your usual contact in the Commercial Disputes Team.
